Liberia has 2 step validation for ECTN Number

Authorities in Liberia require all shipments to include CTN number on the bill of lading. Therefore after you apply for CTN we will generate your document using draft bill of lading. Once we generate your ECTN and ECTN number we will share it with you so it can be put on the BL.

This also requires you to control and verify values on the generated ECTN.
