The list of required documents for Liberia ECTN are:

• • Bill of lading
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Freight Invoice
  • Export declaration

Please note

You don’t need a freight invoice if you already have the freight value mentioned on the commercial invoice.

You will need the ECTN number written on the BL therefore we require a draft BL before application and an original BL after pre-validation.
